Crime: From attendance at the police station immediately after arrest through to Crown Court we will be there to help and advise you. We have 7 duty solicitors and 5 Solicitor-Advocates with higher rights of audience so, whatever the stage of the case, we have the necessary skills.
We handle every type of criminal defence including homicide, serious sexual offences, and drugs importation/supply right through to the more minor offences.
We keep up to date with relevant changes in the law to best represent your interests. With our experience we give you an honest assessment of the likely outcome and guide you through the process.

Civil Litigation: Individuals and small businesses can be intimidated by the cost of civil litigation. This is understandable where a lawyer fails to make a connection between an individual’s financial constraints and the need to resolve a problem. We consider cost at the outset and give practical and reasonably priced advice to resolve matters rapidly.

We use our commercial acumen and experience to get the best result, often from a negotiated settlement, avoiding the need for lengthy and expensive court proceedings.
